Proficiency in R, especially for data manipulation and analysis
Experience in designing Tableau dashboards
Able to start immediately

Job Description:

Assist in producing regular reports and generating insights on Claims, Loss Ratio, and Membership Experience
Support the development and maintenance of dashboards
Help improve efficiency and automate recurring reports and processes
Handle ad hoc requests and data queries
