Role Overview
We are seeking a polished and results-driven Active Sales Executive to join our team. This role requires a balance of active sales (prospecting, networking, client visits, sales calls) and reactive sales (handling enquiries, proposals, and follow-ups). You will manage the complete sales cycle while also growing the business through new opportunities and strong client relationships. Professionalism, exceptional English, and sophisticated communication are essential, as you will represent the company in a client-facing role.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through proactive sales calls, networking, and client meetings
- Manage incoming enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings
- Represent the company with confidence and exceptional English communication in both written and spoken form
- Attend meetings with clients, present solutions, and bring samples when required
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business
- Prepare clear and compelling proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Actively contribute to business development and market expansion
- Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in events or sales, preferably within hospitality, luxury services, or international client markets
- Exceptional English skills (spoken and written) — required for international client communication
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Professional, sophisticated, and confident in client-facing situations
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Based in Bali (remote work flexibility available, but local presence is essential)
