As an Activation Project Manager, you'll manage below-the-line projects such as offline activations, tap-in events, and event organizing. You'll coordinate with multiple internal divisions and clients to plan, execute, and report on projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Have basic knowledge in Modern Trade and General Trade activation (manage the team, achieve the set target, and understand the issues in the field)
- Able to work in team
- Fast learner, responsible and individual result oriented
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail, analytical skills, problem solving skills and high adaptability to change
- Have own vehicle
- Willing to work across town if needed
- Domiciled in Jabodetabek
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the team work well
- Create the project planning
- Ensuring the activation KPI provided by the client is met
- Develop a strategy from the existing issues
- Reporting to internal and external parties towards the project
