We’re hiring:
- Senior Activation: “The Ground Executor”. Master of on-site execution and vendor logistics. You thrive in 3:00 AM problem-solving and ensure the event runs smoothly on the ground.
THE STANDARDS:
- Experience: Minimum 1 years in agency/event management.
- Evidence: A CV and portfolio that proves you’ve handled high-stakes pressure.
- Tools: Proficient in project management tools and creative software.
The Main Responsibility:
- Receive and process client briefs.
- Prepare concise and comprehensive brief summaries.
- Lead client pitching and presentation sessions.
- Develop and manage project timelines.
- Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project.
- Review and perform quality control (QC) on proposals before submission.
- Conduct negotiations and finalize commercial agreements.
- Monitor and oversee project execution until successful completion.
