Activation Manager (Event & Brand Activation)
Job Description
- Lead end-to-end execution of event and brand activation projects
- Develop activation strategies aligned with client objectives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong timeline and quality control
- Oversee budgeting and resource allocation efficiently
- Act as the lead PIC for all project-related activities (internal & external)
- Ensure high standards of execution and deliverables across all projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
- Conduct strategic negotiations to ensure cost efficiency and quality outcomes
- Make decisive and effective decisions in high-pressure situations
- Lead, mentor, and manage the activation team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, account, and production teams
- Drive post-project evaluation and continuous improvement strategies
- Contribute to business growth through new activation ideas and opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in event/activation, preferably within an agency environment
- Proven experience leading mid-to-large scale projects
- Strong experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities
- Confident decision-maker under pressure
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with strong creative problem-solving ability
- High sense of ownership and accountability
- Detail-oriented with strong big-picture perspective
- Proactive, solution-driven, and highly initiative-driven
