On behalf of our client (Finance Industries - BUMN, WFO Jakarta Area), we are currently hiring for a position as detailed below:
Acquisition & GTM (go-to-market) Company Brand
Role Purpose:
By working closely with sales, distribution, and marketing teams, this role ensures the seamless execution of acquisition initiatives, monitors performance metrics, and optimizes customer conversion and engagement rates. It plays a crucial part in expanding the Company’s retail footprint, increasing subscriber growth, and maximizing the impact of GTM strategies in Indonesia’s competitive telecom market.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer acquisition programs for the Company brand.
- Execute GTM strategies for product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Strengthen and expand retail distribution networks to maximize reach.
- Design and deliver marketing promotions to enhance customer engagement.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine acquisition approaches.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in brand management and campaign execution.
- Strong knowledge in both digital and traditional media planning.
- Proficiency in analyzing marketing data to improve performance.
- Solid experience managing end-to-end creative processes.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Customer Acquisition Rate – Number of new customers acquired.
- Market Penetration Rate – Percentage of market successfully entered.
- Retail Sales Activation – Growth in revenue from retail partners.
- Campaign ROI – Return on investment from acquisition campaigns.
- Customer Conversion Rate – Leads converted into active users.
