  • Investigate and follow up on settlement discrepancies, including short payments, overpayments, missing transactions, and timing differences, in coordination with relevant internal teams and partners.
  • Monitor partner advances and accounts receivable balances, maintain accurate aging records, and support timely follow-up of outstanding or overdue partner receivables.
  • Prepare partner billing data, invoices, and supporting documents for revenue-sharing calculations, ensuring the amounts are consistent with transaction records and agreed arrangements.
  • Support the monthly revenue closing process by preparing relevant accounting schedules and data, including service fee accruals, foreign exchange differences, and accounts receivable reconciliation.
  • Prepare periodic transaction, settlement, revenue, and receivable reports for external partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring the data is complete and accurate.
  • Maintain organized records of settlement reports, reconciliation results, invoices, billing documents, and other supporting documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Product, and relevant partner teams to resolve transaction, settlement, billing, and receivable issues in a timely manner.
  • Support ad-hoc financial data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting activities required by the Finance team.
