Deskripsi pekerjaan Accounts Receivable (AR ) Sys Adm PT Aesthetica Indah Gemilang (T Space Bintaro)
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensuring the proper functioning of the accounting software and systems used for managing accounts receivable.
- Troubleshooting system issues, resolving errors, and implementing updates or upgrades.
- Optimizing system performance and efficiency for tasks like invoice generation, payment processing, and reporting
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts, invoices, and payments.
- Ensuring data integrity and security within the accounts receivable systems.
- Performing regular data backups and recovery procedures.
- Integrating the accounts receivable systems with other relevant business systems, such as CRM, ERP, and banking platforms.
- Automating repetitive tasks within the accounts receivable process, such as invoice generation and payment reminders.
- Generating reports on accounts receivable aging, collection status, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyzing data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement in the accounts receivable process.
- Providing technical support and training to other team members on the use of accounts receivable systems.
- Collaborating with the finance team and other departments to resolve any issues related to accounts receivable.
Requirement :
- Female only between 23 - 28 years old.
- Hold Bachelor Degree in Information Technology
- Preferebly have experience ( No Experience will be considered )
- Have attention details and good analytical ( will be tested during interview process)
- Have domicile around 3km within the office
- Able to join immediately
