* Have 1–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
* Understanding of financial reports, taxes, AP/AR, cash flow, and bank reconciliation.
* Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
* Thorough, honest, communicative, and able to work under pressure.
* Possess analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Able to create financial reports and budgets.
* Fluent English is a plus.
Job Description:
* Manage daily accounting operations and financial records.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
* Monitor AP, AR, cash flow, and bank reconciliation.
* Manage budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance.
* Conduct financial analysis and reporting to management.
* Support internal audit and oversight processes.
* Mentor junior accounting staff.
* Keep financial documentation neat and organized.
