Job Description:
- Record daily transactions (sales, purchases, operational costs)
- Manage petty cash and create daily/weekly cash reports
- Assist in the process of creating invoices, bills, and proof of payment
- Reconcile sales reports and bank statements
- Create simple financial reports (cash flow, income, expenses)
- Coordinate with stores and operational teams regarding payments
- Compile and archive financial documents neatly
- Support the team in the monthly book closing process
Requirements:
- Minimum education D3/S1 Accounting, Finance, or similar
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position (startup or retail is a plus)
- Accustomed to using Excel/Google Sheet (basic formulas, pivots, etc.)
- Careful, neat, and able to work with deadlines
- Understand the basics of accounting & bookkeeping processes
- Honest, responsible, and able to work independently
- Accustomed to working in a dynamic and multitasking environment
