Job Description
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately and on time.
- Prepare journal entries and ensure proper bookkeeping in accordance with company policies.
- Reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and general ledger accounts.
- Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting schedules.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Verify invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax reporting when required.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and other departments regarding financial transactions.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing the required documents and explanations.
- Monitor company expenses and ensure transactions are recorded accurately.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance (Fresh Graduates with strong accounting knowledge are welcome to apply).
- Honest, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- English communication is must.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF Formula, etc.).
- Experience using accounting software (Accurate, SAP, Oracle, Jurnal, or similar ERP systems) is an advantage.
- Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations is preferred.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English are preferred.
