Accounting Staff
📍 Location: Kuningan, South Jakarta (WFO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions accurately and timely.
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Operate and maintain accounting records using Zahir Accounting.
- Coordinate with the Operations, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Finance teams to ensure accurate financial data.
- Verify inventory movements and conduct stock reconciliation with the operational team.
- Monitor and analyze stock variances to ensure inventory accuracy in F&B operations.
- Assist in month-end closing, audits, and other accounting activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounting Staff, preferably in the F&B, Restaurant, or Hospitality industry.
- Experienced in using Zahir Accounting.
- Understand inventory flow and stock control in the F&B business.
- Able to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
