Job Responsibilities:
• Record daily financial transactions accurately.
• Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash reports.
• Support monthly financial reporting.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist in tax administration and documentation.
• Maintain proper filing of financial and accounting documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding payment and financial data.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting/Finance is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of basic accounting and financial reports.
• Able to operate Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with accounting software is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, honest, and organized.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
