Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Accounting; fresh graduates with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply.
Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
Familiar with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliation, and journal entries.
Experience using accounting software such as Accurate, Jurnal, or similar systems is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
Honest, responsible, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Record and verify daily financial transactions.
Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records.
Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Perform bank and account reconciliations.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
Monitor income and expenses.
Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
Assist with tax and audit-related documentation.
Ensure accounting procedures are properly followed.
