Key Responsibilities
1. Record daily financial transactions, including income and expenses.
2. Prepare journal entries, general ledger, and financial records.
3. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements:
• Income Statement
• Balance Sheet
• Cash Flow Statement
4. Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
5. Monitor and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
6. Calculate and record depreciation of fixed assets.
7. Ensure proper tax recording and compliance with applicable regulations.
8. Maintain and organize financial documents and records.
9. Support internal and external audit processes.
10. Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
