# Accounting, Tax & Business Development Executive

### About Us
Bizsquare is a Singapore-based business advisory group providing accounting, taxation, corporate services, company incorporation, and regional market entry solutions.
We are seeking a proactive and client-oriented professional with strong Indonesian accounting and tax knowledge who can also manage client relationships, support business development, and contribute to sales growth.
### Key Responsibilities
**1. Accounting, Tax & Compliance**
- Handle bookkeeping, financial statements, bank reconciliations, and monthly accounting reports.
- Prepare and file Indonesian withholding taxes, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and other applicable taxes.
- Manage monthly and annual tax reporting through DJP Coretax.
- Prepare and submit LKPM investment reports through OSS.
- Handle BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registration, contributions, and administration.
- Assist with payroll, corporate compliance, and PT PMA regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely statutory reporting.
**2. Client Relationship & Coordination**
- Manage and communicate with Indonesian and international clients.
- Coordinate client onboarding, document collection, and service delivery.
- Attend client meetings to explain accounting, taxation, incorporation, and compliance services.
- Provide professional responses to client enquiries and maintain long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external professionals to resolve client matters.
**3. Sales & Business Development**
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Present Bizsquare's services to prospective clients and business owners.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales enquiries.
- Assist in negotiating and closing new client engagements.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities among existing clients.
- Build relationships with referral partners and participate in networking activities.
- Support sales targets and business development initiatives.
### Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Minimum **3–5 years of Indonesian accounting and taxation experience**.
- Hands-on experience in withholding tax, LKPM, BPJS, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with DJP Coretax, OSS, and Indonesian accounting standards.
- Good spoken and written English for communication with international clients.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Confident attending client meetings and explaining technical services.
- Proactive, independent, detail-oriented, and commercially minded.
- Willingness to participate in sales activities and networking events.
**Added Advantages**
- Experience in accounting firms, tax consultancy, or corporate service providers.
- Knowledge of PT PMA incorporation and foreign investment regulations.
- Experience handling foreign-owned companies and international clients.
- Proven experience in client acquisition, account management, or sales.
- Brevet A/B tax certification.
