ERP Implementer (Accounting Background)

Leadit is an official Odoo partner in Indonesia, helping businesses streamline their operations through ERP implementation. We’re looking for an accounting graduate who is eager to work at the intersection of finance and technology to join our team as an ERP Implementer.
What you’ll do
Understand clients’ business and accounting processes and translate them into Odoo solutions
Configure Odoo modules (Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, etc.) to fit client needs
Conduct requirement gathering, user training, and project presentations
Support testing, go-live, and post-implementation activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting; fresh graduates are welcome
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Strong interest in information systems and willingness to learn ERP; Odoo experience is a plus
Minimum TOEFL score of 550 (or equivalent)
Confident presenting in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Willing to travel to client sites outside Jakarta for project assignments
Analytical, detail-oriented, and a fast learner
