RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and review the accounting work performed by the accounting team for multiple clients.
Review monthly bookkeeping, journal entries, general ledger, bank reconciliation, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Review and ensure the accuracy of monthly and annual financial statements and management reports.
Ensure accounting deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
Review accounting adjustments, reconciliations, and supporting schedules prepared by the team.
Monitor accounting treatment and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and client requirements.
Coordinate with the Tax team in relation to accounting and tax-related matters.
Communicate with clients regarding accounting issues, required documents, reporting matters, and other accounting-related requirements.
Identify accounting issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex matters to the Manager/Partner.
Manage multiple client assignments and monitor the team's workload and deadlines.
Provide technical guidance, coaching, and review feedback to Junior and Senior Accounting staff.
Assist in improving accounting processes, working procedures, and quality control within the Accounting Services team.
Support other accounting, financial reporting, and advisory assignments as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in an accounting firm, KAP, KKP, tax/accounting consulting firm, or professional services firm.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience supervising or reviewing the work of accounting staff.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Experienced in preparing and reviewing financial statements and account reconciliations.
Familiar with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and basic taxation concepts.
Experienced in handling multiple clients and multiple deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Accurate, Jurnal.id, MYOB, or Xero.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients.
Able to work independently and effectively manage priorities.
Experience in an accounting/tax consulting environment is highly preferred.
