Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee daily accounting operations.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities.
- Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Monitor compliance with tax and financial regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decision-making.
- Continuously improve accounting processes and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Female, single.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounting Supervisor.
- Previous experience working in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial statement preparation and analysis.
- Solid knowledge of financial accounting standards and accounting principles.
- Experienced in handling and coordinating internal and external audit processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently as well as lead a team effectively.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
