Accounting Supervisor

Job Description:

1. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

2. Process invoices and payments.

3. Reconcile bank statements with internal records for accuracy.

4. Track and record company expenses, ensuring proper documentation.

5. Monitor and analyze budget variances, recommend actions to improve financial performance.

6. Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions for reliable records.

7. Adhere to internal control policies to protect company assets.

8. Assist in developing and implementing financial policies for operational efficiency.

9. Support audits with necessary documentation and information.

10. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance and decision-making.

11. Assist with material procurement for timely and cost-effective resource acquisition.

12. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff to improve their skills.

13. Develop strategies to optimize accounting operations and processes.

14. Recap project costs to monitor budget adherence and financial performance.

15. Monitoring fixed assets

16. Review petty cash and bank

17. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 Accounting graduate, from reputable University
• Having minimum 3 years of working experience in finance & accounting & tax field. Preferably in Forwarding company
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understand accounting system (SAP) will be a plus.
• Exellent English skills.
• Able to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Honest, adaptable, highly disciplined, organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work under tight schedule and fast pace environment.
• Work location in Danau Sunter, Jakarta Utara
