Responsibilities:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as Accounting Staff.
- Prior experience in the F&B industry, particularly in accounting.
- Experienced in preparing accounting and financial reports.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is a plus.
Qualification:
- Manage daily accounting activities and financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Prepare monthly accounting reports and financial reports.
- Perform account reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Monitor and record income, expenses, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Support the month-end closing process and preparation of financial reports.
- Ensure accounting transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with company policies.
