Job Description
- Record and maintain daily income and expense transactions in Xero and supporting spreadsheets accurately and timely
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial transaction recaps and ensure completeness of data
- Review invoices, receipts, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and proper documentation
- Perform bank reconciliation and ensure all transactions are properly matched and recorded
- Identify and follow up discrepancies between internal records, invoices, and bank statements
- Maintain well-organized physical and digital filing systems for all accounting documents
- Assist in preparing financial reports, including cash flow, expense reports, and sales/purchase recaps
- Support monthly tax preparation and reconciliation, including: PPh 21 (employee income tax), PPh 23 (withholding tax on services), PPh 4(2) Final, PPh 26 (if applicable), and VAT (PPN) reporting and reconciliation
- Coordinate with warehouse and operational teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of transaction data
- Support improvement of accounting processes and internal controls
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
- Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience in accounting and/or tax
- Strong experience in Accounting (transaction recording, journal, and bank reconciliation)
- Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, including: PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2) Final, PPh 26, and VAT (PPN)
- Experience in preparing or reviewing tax calculations and supporting documents
- Familiar with Xero accounting software
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
- Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
