WE ARE HIRING
1. ACCOUNTING STAFF
Main Responsibilities:
-Issue and prepare invoices/faktur for customers and dealers.
-Manage and maintain stock administration and stock records.
-Coordinate invoice issuance with the Sales and Warehouse teams.
-Ensure invoice and stock data are accurate and properly recorded.
-Prepare and maintain accounting and stock-related documents.
-Perform daily accounting administration and other related tasks.
2. ACCOUNTING / AR STAFF
Main Responsibilities:
-Manage and monitor incoming payments from dealers.
-Handle dealer billing and collection.
-Follow up outstanding payments and receivables.
-Monitor payment status and maintain accurate AR records.
-Prepare reports related to dealer receivables and collections.
General Qualifications
-Minimum S1 in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
-Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
-Experience in Retail, Distribution, or Trading is preferred.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
-Detail-oriented, accurate, organized, and responsible.
-Good communication and coordination skills.
-Possess a positive attitude, professional manner, and good teamwork.
