Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
2. Prepare and record financial documents, such as invoices, receipts, and payments.
3. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.
4. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
5. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in tax calculation and reporting (VAT/PPN, Income Tax/PPh 21/23/4(2)).
6. Handle administrative tasks related to finance and coordinate with external parties (tax consultants, auditors, etc.).
7. Support the team in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting from a reputable university.
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in an accounting role.
3. Experience in the construction industry are highly preferred.
4. Holding a Brevet A and/or B tax certificate is a strong plus.
5. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Accurate, Zahir, or others) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
6. Solid understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) and tax regulations (Perpajakan).
7. Honest, detail-oriented, analytical, able to work independently, and meet deadlines.
8. Good communication skills in English are a plus (both oral and written).
9. Must be willing to work full-time on-site (WFO) in the Seminyak area.
10. Able to join as soon as possible (ASAP)
