Accounting Staff
The Role:
We're looking for a highly motivated, self-driven individual and has 1 year experienced in Accounting or a Fresh Graduate with Accounting internship experience.
Our ideal candidate is passionate person, self starter, eager to learn & proactive. You would be reporting directly to Finance & Accounting Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Verify accuracy of data, and identify and correct errors made by internal and external personnel
- Support monthly, quarterly, half-year, and year-end financial closes, including assigned daily journal entries for any transaction to Jurnal ID, balance-sheet account reconciliations, accruals, and overall maintenance of operational management accounts
- Assist SPV in preparing data and document in annual audit (external and internal)
- Maintain financial files and records
- Required skills and qualifications
- Professional experience in accounting, such as internship or staff role (fresh graduate are allowed)
- Knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and client information
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting major from reputable university,
- Fluent in English : both verbal and written will be a Must,
- Has 1 year experience as Accounting Staff or a Fresh Graduate with Accounting internship experience
- Excellent using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Has excellent communication and coordination skill
- Able to work under pressure, thorough, and discipline
- Excellent in administration skill and communication skills

- Has worked as Accounting or has Internship experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
