We represent our client, a leading provider of high-quality plywood and wood products in Indonesia. Responsibilities:
* Record and verify financial transactions accurately and on time.
* Prepare journals, ledgers, and monthly/yearly financial reports.
* Manage Account Receivable (AR) & Account Payable (AP) processes.
* Perform bank reconciliation and daily cash reporting.
* Support monthly & yearly closing processes, budgeting, and cost analysis.
* Coordinate with finance team regarding payments and cash flow.
* Ensure accounting and tax documentation are complete and compliant.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
* Minimum 3 years experience as Accounting Staff / Associate.
* Proficient in MS Excel, Orlansoft, and accounting software.
* Strong understanding of financial reporting, AR/AP, and reconciliation.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
* Good analytical and communication skills.
