Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting (preferably in F&B, catering or related industry)
- Proficient in Accurate accounting software
- mastering corporate taxation
- Able to speak Mandarin will be advantage
- Good command of English (both written and spoken) - a must
- Able to work under deadline and handle multiple tasks
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Have a good work ethic, integrity and strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Basic Office applications
- Willing to learn and adapt in fast - paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and Maintain accurate accounting transactions
- Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts (AR)
- Prepare monthly financial corporate tax (PPN, PPh, etc.)
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Perform bank reconciliation and cash management
- Ensure completeness and proper filing of financial documents
- Assist in budgeting, cost control and financial analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (tax consultant, auditor, etc.)
- Support month - end and year - end closing
- Other accounting related tasks as assigned
