We are seeking an experienced Accounting Staff to support our finance and accounting operations. This role is ideal for professionals with strong accounting, taxation, and financial reporting expertise who are committed to maintaining accuracy, compliance, and financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform regular bank and payment gateway reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including vendor payments, invoice processing, and client collections.
- Handle tax administration and reporting, including PPh 21, PPh 23, and VAT (PPN) compliance through DJP Online.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Reports.
- Support payroll processing and administration of employee BPJS contributions.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK), tax regulations, and internal financial control procedures.
- Maintain organized financial documentation and support audit or compliance requirements when needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK), financial reporting, and taxation regulations.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail, accountability, and integrity in managing financial records.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in using accounting or ERP systems.
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Brevet A & B certification will be considered an advantage.
- Proven track record of strong performance and professional responsibility in previous roles.
