ACCOUNTING STAFF

Mesari Hotel Ubud is a luxury traditional boutique resort located in the heart of Ubud, Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali, Indonesia. Known for its unique blend of cultural heritage and natural beauty, the hotel offers guests an immersive experience that reflects the essence of Bali. As part of our growing team, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Accounting Staff to join our finance department. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth financial operations of the resort, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for excellence and attention to detail.

The Accounting Staff will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, maintaining accurate financial records, and preparing financial reports. They will also assist in bookkeeping, financial analysis, and tax compliance. The role involves using accounting software such as MYOB, Zahir Software, and Microsoft Excel to ensure efficient and accurate financial management. The ideal candidate will support the finance team in maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity and contribute to the overall success of the resort.

We are looking for a female candidate with at least a SMA/SMK education level and between 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field. Proficiency in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bookkeeping, Financial Analysis, Income Tax, Tax Accounting, and familiarity with MYOB and Zahir Software is required. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are highly valued.
