Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
- Experienced in using Accurate Accounting Software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Able to prepare and maintain financial records accurately.
- Familiar with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Job Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions in Accurate Accounting System.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting schedules.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing systems.
- Assist in tax documentation and coordination with tax consultants.
- Support management with financial data and reports as required.
