What we're looking for
- English as working language (Must have qualification)
- Major: Accounting or Auditing / Bachelor degree or above;
- Work experience more than 2 years of work experience in the same or similar industry as the company;
- Proficient in the operation of electronic computers, especially OFFICE, PPT, ERP, Accurate Online etc.;
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
What you'll be doing
- Daily Accounting Operations:
Handle daily financial transactions, including recording accounts payable and receivable, and monitoring cash flow.
- Tax Support:
Assist in preparing tax calculations and reports, ensuring timely tax filing and compliance with applicable tax regulations.
- Financial Reporting:
Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, including profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow, under supervision.
- Budgeting & Forecasting Support:
Assist in collecting data and preparing reports for budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Compliance & Audit Support:
Ensure proper documentation of financial transactions and assist in audit processes, including preparing required data for internal and external auditors (e.g., OJK compliance).
- Cost Monitoring:
Help track company expenses and identify potential cost-saving areas.
- Financial Data Management:
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all supporting documents are properly filed and updated.
