Sinarjaya Tire Specialist (Advance Tyre Indonesia) is a company specializing in tire distribution and sales. We are looking for a professional and experienced candidate to join us as an Accounting Staff based in Jakarta.
Job Description
As an Accounting Staff, you will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, preparing financial statements, as well as handling corporate tax calculations and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Transaction Recording: Manage and record daily transactions into the Journal and General Ledger.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare periodic financial statements including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
- Corporate Tax Management: Calculate, report, and process payments for corporate taxes (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, VAT/PPN).
- Reconciliation: Perform detailed and regular bank and petty cash reconciliations.
- Document Archiving: Maintain systematic and organized archiving of financial documents. Audit & Operational Support: Support internal and external financial audits and operational requests.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting or Taxation.
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in the Accounting field.
- Proven experience and ability in corporate tax calculation and reporting (specifically PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, and VAT).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statement preparation, and cash reconciliation.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Detail-oriented, honest, possesses good analytical skills, and able to work under deadlines.
- Willing to be stationed in Jakarta.
