Deskripsi pekerjaan Accounting Staff (General Ledger) – English Speaking PT CHANGSU INDUSTRIAL INDONESIA
Qualifications:
- Stable employment history is preferred
- D3/D4/S1 in Accounting.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Strong experience in general ledger, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of bonded zone (Kawasan Berikat) tax regulations and procedures is an added advantage.
- Experience in inventory, cost accounting, and fixed assets.
- Familiar with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, QAD, IFS, or similar
- Good Microsoft Excel skills.
- Able to work independently and meet closing deadlines.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Job Description:
- Prepare and record daily accounting transactions.
- Perform General Ledger (GL) reconciliation and month-end closing.
- Prepare financial reports accurately and on time.
- Handle inventory, cost accounting, and fixed asset records.
- Process accounting transactions in the ERP system.
- Support internal and external audit activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
