Deskripsi pekerjaan Accounting Staff (experience in Manufacture) PT. Aroma Prima Livindo
note : Interview will be held in Offline Process (Test) in Headoffice : Greenlake City, Tangerang.
What will you do :
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately and timely.
- Prepare and post journal entries into the accounting system.
- Ensure all transactions are properly supported by complete documentation
- Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
- Record cash and bank transactions & Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations.
- Record and reconcile sales transactions from marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, retail stores, distributors, and resellers.
- Prepare supporting schedules and reports for monthly financial statements & ensure all transactions are recorded in the correct accounting period.
- Assist in preparing documents and data required for tax reporting.
We are looking for
- D3/S1 in Accounting (is a must), with min 1–2 years of experience as an Accounting Staff in FMCG will be a plus.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles in manufacture/ FMCG
- Familiar with Accounts AR, AP, bank reconciliation, journal entries, and inventory accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (vlokuup, hlookup etc)
- Experience with accounting software (accurate) is a must.
- Can join as soon as possible and willing to be placed in Greenlake city, tangerang.
