AIZEN Mobility is an electric mobility company building an integrated ecosystem for EV ownership. We provide solutions across EV supply, financing, and mobility SaaS, helping businesses and individuals access, finance, and manage electric vehicles more easily. Our solutions support fleet operators, logistics companies, mobility platforms, businesses, financial institutions, and individual EV users across Southeast Asia.
About the Role
We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our Finance team. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, supporting financial reporting and audit processes, and contributing to the improvement of our internal accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain accounting transactions accurately in Xero.
- Maintain and update the amortization schedule/list.
- Support financial reporting and month-end closing processes.
- Support external audit processes by preparing the required documents and information.
- Identify opportunities and support initiatives to improve internal accounting processes and controls.
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting.
- Previous startup experience is required, preferably in a fast-paced and growing company.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with Xero or other accounting software is a plus.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
- Willing to work fully on-site (WFO) at SCBD, Jakarta.
