To support our ongoing expansion, we are currently seeking a talented Accounting Senior Associate to join our team.
What your impact will be:
- Deliver precise monthly and annual financial deliverables for diverse client portfolios in full alignment with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK)
- Oversee end-to-end ledger management, transaction integrity, and complex multi-entity bank reconciliations to maintain pristine financial records
- Collaborate with specialized tax practice groups to drive accurate tax computations and regulatory filings across client engagements
- Executive daily project management across competing priorities, ensuring rigorous quality control and strict adherence to client timelines
- Act as a primary operational interface for clients, streamling data collection, resolving complex accounting discrepancies, and facilitating cross-functional team alignment
What you bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline with a strong academic background
- 5-10 years of proven experience in financial reporting or corporate accounting; prior advisory or multi-client consulting background is highly advantageous
- Solid command of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) alongside a working knowledge of local tax compliance framework
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (complex modeling and data analysis) and familiarity with enterprise accounting software such as Accurate or Jurnal.id
- Exceptional analytical acumen, acute attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to professional ethics and integrity
- Demonstrated capability to drive operational workflows, manage competing deliverables, and perform effectively in a high-growth advisory setting
