We are looking for an Accounting Officer with strong technical expertise in accounting and tax compliance, combined with a consultant’s mindset. This role involves hands-on financial management, advising on system improvements, and ensuring regulatory compliance across various industry settings to support accurate reporting and informed decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare & present financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) with insight & clarity
- Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with local regulations
- Provide internal financial consulting to improve processes and cost efficiency
- Support automation of accounting functions and system integration (POS & software)
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities
- Process monthly payroll, taxes, and statutory contributions.
- Manage BPJS administration and compliance.
- Act as a financial partner to operational teams, offering insights for better decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong analytical skills with a consulting or advisory approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Odoo); experience with POS systems is a plus
- Solid knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
