Job Description:
- Perform bank transfers accurately and on time.
- Maintain good relationships with each Bank Manager.
- Request or download daily bank statements and report the balances to the Finance Manager on a monthly basis.
- Reconcile the company’s bank statements on a timely basis.
- Issue invoices/receipts according to the company’s requirements.
- Record daily financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare monthly analysis of the balance sheet in the accounting system.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, development costs, and cost write-offs.
- Assist with the audit process conducted by external auditors.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary calculations and payments.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bank reconciliation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good command of English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
- High integrity and able to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
