About the role
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Officer to join our dynamic team in Central Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial accounting and reporting functions for the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial information to support key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
* General Ledger & Transactions: Ensure completeness, accuracy, and efficiency across all A/R, A/P, Tax, and GL transactions.
* Tax Compliance: Handle tax reconciliations and ensure flawless, on-time Monthly and Annual SPT reporting.
* Audits & Regulations: Assist with external annual audits, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements.
* Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners on financial and operational tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of deep hands-on experience in accounting, finance, and Indonesian tax regulations.
* Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MYOB Accounting Software and the Coretax application.
- Strong expertise in PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, 4(2), and VAT/PPN.
* Soft Skills: High integrity, detail-oriented, strong analytical mindset, hard-working, and able to thrive under pressure.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
