Job Vacancy – Accounting Officer | Tabanan, Bali
We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Accounting Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, excellent organizational skills, and experience in the property or hospitality industry.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in property, villa, or hospitality management.
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of accounting, financial reporting, and Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Honest, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Available for immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Process operational and owner-related financial transactions.
- Coordinate with vendors, property owners, auditors, and internal teams.
- Support monthly closing and audit processes.
