About The Company:
The working venue is in Central Jakarta.
Our client is a Japanese Real Estate Company. Currently, they are looking for Accounting Manager.
Job Reponsibilities:
- Manage accounting operations and financial reporting
- Supervise accounting staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle general accounting tasks and month-end closing
- Prepare financial statements and manage budgets
- Coordinate with other departments for financial matters
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
Necessary Skill / Experience
- More than Conversational level in English
- Having accounting experience in real estate industry
- Management expeirence in FAT team *Prefer Manager
- Knowledge of corporate accounting principles and taxation regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration
Preferable Skill/ Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business
- Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experienced in payment operations or related financial roles is advantageous.
