Accounting Leader

Job Description:

1. Prepare customer invoices, tax invoices, and record incoming payments accurately.
2. Prepare monthly recapitulation of VAT (PPN) and Withholding Taxes (PPh) for various tax articles and ensure proper document filing.
3. Perform journal adjustments and accounting entries.
4. Post delivery orders and monitor related transactions.
5. Record and monitor fixed costs and operational expenses.
6. Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
7. Support month-end closing and reporting activities.
8. Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
2. Certified in Brevet A & B.
3. 1–2 years of experience in accounting or taxation; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
4. Familiar with Accurate Accounting Software.
5. Good understanding of basic accounting principles and taxation.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
7. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
8. Detail-oriented, able to work efficiently, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
