WorldWhite Enterprise is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our team. If you're a fresh graduate or an early-career professional with a strong interest in accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliation, we'd love to have you on board!
What you'll be doing :
- Input and manage sales data across multiple channels, including offline stores, resellers, and e-commerce platforms.
- Assist with sales invoicing and sales recapitulation.
- Handle bank transaction uploads and support bank reconciliation.
- Prepare basic journal entries and assist with general ledger reconciliation.
- Support monthly closing processes and audit documentation.
- Prepare sales reports and supporting financial documents.
What we're looking for :
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and journal entries.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with large volumes of data.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Odoo is a plus.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and quick to adapt.
