📍 Location: PIK, North Jakarta
Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee accounting activities related to equipment leasing, rental operations, accounts receivable, fixed assets, depreciation, and financial reporting.
- Monitor billing, collections, reconciliations, and overdue receivables to ensure effective cash flow and risk control.
- Review financial aspects of leasing, procurement, and asset disposal agreements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and tax filings in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Develop budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial analyses to support management decision-making and business performance evaluation.
- Conduct cost and profitability analysis for rental and leasing projects.
- Maintain fixed asset records and coordinate periodic asset verification and inventory checks.
- Improve and implement accounting procedures, internal controls, reimbursement processes, and asset management systems.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, insurance companies, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare supporting documents and financial information required for financing, audits, and management reporting.
- Lead and supervise daily Accounting & Finance operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely reporting.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting & Finance.
- Experience in equipment leasing, rental services, construction machinery, heavy equipment, or related industries is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, accounts receivable management, fixed assets, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to prepare budgets, cash flow projections, and financial analyses.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is required.
Working hours : Mon-Fri (9-18)
