Job Responsibilities
1) Handle daily project accounting, vouchers and ledgers (dual currency: IDR and USD);
2) Review payment requests and reconcile accounts with subcontractors and suppliers;
3) Ensure Indonesian tax compliance: PPN 11%, withholding tax (PPh) and employee income tax, and liaise with the local tax agent;
4) Support the Financial Manager in preparing funding plans and cash-flow forecasts;
5) Prepare monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations and internal / external audit documentation;
6) Administer payroll, expense claims and petty cash.
Qualification & Experience
1) Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting / Finance
2) Minimum 3 years' project finance experience
3) Hands-on Indonesian tax experience preferred
4) Familiar with accounting software and Excel.
5) Placement : Singaraja (willing to relocate)
