Accounting Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate monthly and annual financial reports for multiple clients, ensuring full compliance with Indonesia's accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Own the end-to-end recording and reconciliation of daily financial transactions, including journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations across client accounts
• Assist in basic tax computation and reporting in close coordination with the tax team, ensuring alignment with prevailing Indonesian tax regulations
• Manage and prioritize daily financial workflows across multiple client accounts, balancing accuracy and deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment
• Serve as a key point of contact for gathering financial data, resolving reporting discrepancies, and ensuring clear, timely communication between clients and internal teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–2 years of working experience in a similar role (Experience in a consulting firm handling multiple clients is highly preferred)
• Strong foundational knowledge of monthly/annual financial reporting and basic tax regulations
• Proficient in MS Excel (advanced formulas) and accounting software such as Accurate or Jurnal.id
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and high integrity
• Ability to manage daily financial workflows and manage daily tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
