Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required (Master’s preferred)
2. 1-year experience in general or tax accounting
3. Fluent in English is preferred
4. Strong problem solving and analytical skills
5. Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment
6. Familiarity with accurate system n Excel
7. Able to work in tight deadlines, overtime, and Good integrity
8. Fast learner
9. Capable of operating Accurate software
10. Willing to do travel or business trip
11. Capable of operating accurate software.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department
2. Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
3. Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the CFO’s attention
4. Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary
5. Reconcile balance sheet accounts
6. Delegate financial responsibilities to the accounting team
7. Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist CFO with conducting audits
8. Conduct regular ledger maintenance
