We are currently expanding our finance team to support our growing portfolio of projects and are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join us at our office located in Denpasar - Bali. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth financial operations of dynamic events while working within a supportive and innovative environment.
As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing accounts receivable and payable, processing cash transactions, and handling tax accounting duties with precision.
- You will also be involved in field accounting activities, providing essential customer service support related to financial inquiries, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Additionally, you will utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, track expenses, and assist in general bookkeeping tasks, thereby supporting the overall financial health and operational efficiency of Helvetica Events.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
We are looking for candidates who hold:
- A background in accounting with at least 1 year of work experience in a similar field is preferred.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Super detail-oriented, especially with numbers and documents.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and a quick ability to learn new accounting systems.
- Skills in customer service, teamwork, and field accounting are highly valued, as is familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Proactive with a high degree of initiative.
