Deskripsi pekerjaan Accounting and Tax Staff PT. Mindo Small Business Solutions

Job Description:

  • Record and validate payments from vendors and customers.
  • Process, issue, and resolve disputes related to bills and invoices.
  • Review and monitor AP and AR aging reports.
  • Maintain and validate outstanding credit records.
  • Perform financial data reconciliations on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Analyze financial information, identify key insights, and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly income statements related to revenue and corporate activities.
  • Conduct research and compile supporting documentation for finance-related investigations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Respond to requests, escalations, and follow up with internal teams regarding finance-related issues.
  • Support tax-related activities, including preparing tax documentation, assisting with tax filings, and ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and supporting audits, investigations, and tax reviews when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Prior accounting experience in a foreign company or PMA (Foreign-Owned Company) is a strong advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with Indonesian taxation (VAT, Withholding Tax, and Corporate Income Tax compliance) is required. Exposure to international taxation, transfer pricing, and cross-border transactions is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level) and Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets and Google Docs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Willingness to learn and master new software, systems, and online tools.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
