JOB VACANCY - Accounting & Tax Staff
Job Responsibilities
1. Prepare and maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
2. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
3. Handle tax calculations, tax payments, and tax reporting in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
4. Handle VAT (PPN) reporting and VAT restitution processes.
5. Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax returns, including PPh and PPN.
6. Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
7. Prepare financial reports and supporting documents for internal and external audits.
8. Ensure all accounting and tax documents are properly organized and filed.
9. Assist with year-end financial closing and financial reporting.
10. Handle accounting and tax administration for multiple companies.
11. Assist with company compliance, tax audits, and other tax-related matters.
12. Perform other accounting and tax duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
3. Good understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
4. Experienced in preparing financial statements and tax reports.
5. Familiar with e-Faktur, e-Bupot, e-SPT/Coretax, and other relevant tax systems.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
7. Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and able to work independently.
8. Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
9. Able to manage multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines.
10. Good communication skills and able to work with different teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling accounting and taxation for multiple companies.
- Experience with VAT restitution and tax audits.
- Brevet A and B certification is an advantage.
